Nancy Stephens, CAE, DPL, IOM

Nancy D. Stephens is President and Managing Member of nancy d. Stephens & Associates, LLC a company providing organizational management, government relations, grant administration and management, convention planning and special project services to clients.

Prior to her work with manufacturers and associations, Ms. Stephens served as Staff Director of the Florida Senate Ethics, Elections and Executive Business Committee; Analyst for the Senate Natural Resources Committee; Development of Regional Impact Planner for the Florida Department of Community Affairs; Water Resources Planner for the St. Johns River Water Management Districts; and Loan Officer for the USDA Farmers Home Administration.

She holds a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Florida; is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with the American Society of Association Executives; a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management; and is a Designated Professional Lobbyist in Florida.



Amanda Bowen

Amanda Bowen is the Vice President of nancy d. Stephens & Associates, LLC. She handles Board development, strategic planning, event planning, social media campaigns and communication efforts for a variety of non-profit associations and entities. Ms. Bowen's portfolio includes organizations related to manufacturing, agriculture, insurance, professional services and the environment. Ms. Bowen coordinates media efforts, legislative topics and industry events through agency partnerships across the state. She serves on the Enterprise Florida Stakeholders Council, the SBDC Advisory Board, and is a founding member of the Innovating Florida Advisory Board.

Prior to her work with associations, Ms. Bowen served as a Regulatory Consultant with the Florida Department of Health. She holds a B.A. in Humanities/Communication from Florida State University and was named the 2015 Emerging Leader of the Year with the Leadership Academy of North Florida.


 

 

 

 

 



 
Richard Wilhelm

Richard Wilhelm earned a B.S. in Biology from Florida Technological University (now University of Central Florida). He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, worked with the St. Johns River Water Management District, and served as Staff Director of the House Environmental Regulatory Affairs Committee, the House Agriculture Committee and the House Veterans and Military Affairs Committee. He has provided government affairs services for corporations, serves as Executive Director of the Fenestration Manufacturers Association, lobbies the Florida Building Commission, and serves various needs of NDS clients.
